Yvonne has been part of PHD since 1995 and on staff since 1997. Tasks and responsibilities include the management and training of over 200 volunteers for Intake Coordination, Case Management, Baby & Maternity Closet, Resale Boutique, Counseling Center Greeters, Special Events and administrative projects.
Yvonne earned her Certifications with the State of Illinois in both Volunteer Management and Advanced Excellence in Volunteer Management. She is also part of NWVAN – Northwest Volunteer Administrators Network.
