We are always on the lookout for people interested in helping out with special projects and events that don’t fall within the traditional volunteer roles at PHD. If you enjoy a variety of tasks or have a knack for organizing and planning this is for you!

- Cleaning and organizing files
Fundraising Events
The success of PHD’s fundraising events are extremely important to the agency as funds raised go directly to support general operating costs of PHD. Event committee members are needed to plan, organize and execute PHD events with flair! If you have an eye for detail, are well organized and love to put on a great party we welcome you to join us.
The following events are scheduled for 2011:
- 40th Anniversary Spirit of Life Gala
- 7th Annual Golf Outing
- “Biker’s Against Bullies” Motorcycle Run
- “Paint the Town Red” Fashion Show and Dinner
- Holiday Wreath and Poinsettia Sale
Event committee members are asked to make a time commitment of at least six months per event. Meetings are typically held once per month with tasks assigned between each meeting. We ask that you bring any and all ideas for event theme and marketing, sponsorship and raffle or auction items.
