Whether helping on the front lines as an Intake Coordinator or Case Manager, assisting with PHD’s Resale Boutique, organizing in the Baby & Maternity Closet, putting together special events or acting as a Volunteer Professional Counselor each volunteer has a special place here at PHD. Each volunteer has a unique talent and spirit that helps make our organization a welcome and comfortable place for our clients to receive services. We are so grateful for their outpouring of time, talent and treasure!
Each year, PHD honors its volunteers at the Annual Volunteer Luncheon. On April 8, 2011, nearly 110 of the 200+ volunteers at PHD gathered at Meridian Banquets in Rolling Meadows to enjoy a delicious lunch and awards ceremony to celebrate their dedication and achievements to PHD and the clients we serve.
