Young Professionals Board

PHD’s Young Professionals Board (YPB) is a dynamic group of young leaders dedicated to bringing awareness and support of PHD’s programs and services to the community.

YPB members have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a non-profit counseling center and support the agency’s efforts. Our members are professionals who enjoy philanthropy and making new friends!

PHD’s YPB members are encouraged to bring their strengths, skill sets, and ideas to contribute to the agency. YPB provides the opportunity to network with other professionals who are also passionate about women, families, and mental health. To qualify, interested candidates should be 40 years of age and under and either graduated or currently enrolled in a baccalaureate program.

Member duties include:

• Attend and contribute to monthly board meetings
• Raise money through events, sponsorships, auctions, and donations
• Volunteer for events
• Communicate the mission and vision of PHD to others
• Assist in recruiting new members, donors, and volunteers
